Enjoyed very much the tasting menu. The personnel very modest and professional. I could have used little more guidance choosing the wine, but perhaps the French have stronger taste in the wine than we Scandinavian? Or wine menu to go with the tasting menu? Worth it's Michelin ⭐️.

clássico, mas o carpete depõe contra um ambiente agradável. o chef é muito atteniosa e a gastronomia é boa, embora eu expectsse mais nas apresentações dos pratos e nos flavores. não ha pratos vegetarianos e o cardápio é muito limited. preços razoáveis. se tiver frio, pode ir de ves porque o ambiente é quente.

Il locale all'apparenza è ordinario. Lo stile però richiama quello giapponese (almeno questa è stata la nostra impressione) e, letto in questa chiave, ci è parso nel complesso carino. La cucina è buona, non eccezionale, ma sicuramente di livello. Nel nostro caso, la differenza l'hanno fatta i vini e, in particolare, la capacità del sommelier di proporre ottimi accostamenti con i piatti scelti. Promosso.

in a star restaurant I expect a kitchen that enthuses me - and I was not disappointed. that I find a menu already for under 40 € on the map, makes almost speechless and the gazpacho offered in it triggers a taste explosion. the whole is rounded off by a service that builds up an ambiente with humor and cordiality, which strengthens the sensual pleasure of the diners. but the champagne card and the wine card are high price.

In the week at noon, there is a menu at 37 euros entry/plat/dessert absolutely delicious. 3 choices at each stage, it will be gaspacho of tomatoes, crayfish and mozzarella sorbet, then place yellow purée of lemon chick peas and finally 3 sorbets accompanied by a multitude of fresh fruit. quality of service, smiling and professional, delicate and taste of dishes, sleek room but how classy one is in a starred restaurant. This is a serious gastronomic restaurant, serving inventive dishes firmly rooted in the French classical tradition. Not only is the cooking delightfully sure-footed; the quantities are generous, and guests are spoiled with a whole variety of amuses-gueules, which show off the chef's talents. The service is impeccably formal and attentive. The wine list is vast, with bottles ranging from 30 euros to over a 1000. I cannot think of any restaurant where I have eaten better.

Abbiamo mangiato alla carta ed avuto il piacere di assaggiare dei piatti dai sapori indimenticabili e creatività. Consigliamo vivamente dall'attuale menù estivo il pesce e l'astice alla marmitta, l'anguilla fume' e la classica terrina di foie gras della maison. We have dinner in this starred restaurant of reims. Reservation in the morning. From the entrance a warm welcome is offered. We ate upstairs. dark but warm room. only 6 tables. impeccable service, discreet and competent. we took the menu at 55€ with a wide choice. each dish is a culinary discovery, very well presented, and hearty. the wine map is hallucinating, the amount of champagne proposed would turn its head, only flat, the very high price of the wines but we found one at 37€. dessert deserves a special mention for its originality and taste. for two covers, we spent €184 but it is widely deserved. at the beginning we were greeted by the leader, which is very pleasant. live in reims we w...
