"Merci à la communauté Tripadvisor de nous avoir fait découvrir cette superbe adresse. Nous avons pu apprécier la climatisation, car il faisait une chaleur de dingue de jour là. J'ai apprécié également les conseils avisés du jeune sommelier, qui connaît ses produits sur le bout des doigts. Nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons été servis rapidement. L'ambiance générale était très agréable et les assiettes bien travaillés.Attention, le nombre de couverts est limité.En résumé, une adresse incontournable, qui mérite incontestablement une visite."

"Very good kitchen. It is worth the detour.Beautiful decor but a little overloaded room about the table nb, which leads to a noisy place. The service is pleasant and friendly but a little overflowed (which does not mean they are not good, but perhaps a little too many tables with server nbs) .the rates are pretty correct."

"Having visited Alsace several times, we've developed a list of restaurants that we want to return to. But we also want to experience new ones. Aux Trois Poissons was a new one but also was so amazing that we now have to find time to return next time we visit Alsace! We were attracted to this restaurant because of its The MICHELIN Plate: Good cooking status (we have found these restaurants to be in the sweet spot of amazing food for a good price). The ambience is fairly simple but that was the only thing that was simple. The service was excellent (our server spoke very good English) and she made some amazing wine recommendations to match our array of food flavors. My perch on a bed of chocroute was swimming in a sea of beurre Blanc sauce with bacon that I swear had a pound of butter in it. The menu wasn't huge but everything was amazing based on our experience as well as the reactions of this around us!"

"A beautiful new and modern establishment with an original setting located in the middle of the Champ Park of March, but difficult to find when you are not from Colmar, because it is “hidden” by the Hotel L’Esquisse and there is no indication of its location! Tasting menu 10 very good and correct dishes, but for having already made other stars, this time we were not really surprised and impressed! On the other hand, an impeccable service with very professional and friendly employees! A heartburn and a special mention for the bread, a delight!"

"The best ice cream I've had this year! Taste and not an overdose of sugar And the best long black I've drunk in a long time, a Honduras from a 100% female agroforestry cooperative. We appreciated the approach, the products and the staff. And the added bonus for those who favor decaf, this one is water process decaffeinated! Exit chlorine!"
