A very good gourmet restaurant that is worth its star. The place and the view are magical. Explosion of flavours in the mouth. Good local and organic product as much as possible. A real success.

Excellent dinner at Relais Des Moines tonight. A great balance of dishes with excellent local products and very well chosen. Tasty and refined tastes. The service was very high flight, very rhythmic and very courteous.

Superb place, each dish is a discovery of flavors and smells, and the service very pleasant. I recommend a gourmet break. Just a note: the proportions of the main dish would however deserve to be reviewed, in crescendo of the tasting..

Excellent kitchen. A lot of research to get well-worked but healthy dishes to taste. The seasonings are perfect. Small care service without being too oppressive while being understanding and good advice. Frame with covered outside frame ideal in a green frame.
