simple menu, but excellent eating. when they visit the environment, they should stop. ingredients are fresh and the dishes worked well. I recommend to go for the 3 courses menu, as it can enjoy various aromes

very high quality ingredients, impressive wine selection with great expertise on weeps from the region. these people do it well. the drive from tuchan is spectacular, but that drive after darkness was quite hairy. self-esteem: next time to lunch.

I took my sisters and friend to this restaurant where we have had many good meals in the past. It was full, and it was hot! Service was good, in the circumstance. Everyone except me ordered the entrecote, and none of them managed to chew...the meat. It was either handed back uneaten, or half chewed....but no apology or explanationwas offered. The full 23 euro for each staek was charged. We left utterly dissatisfied. Will not be returning anytime soon...

we came here to the busy lunchtime. we had to wait a long time before our order was taken. waitress was super nice and friendly and explained everything very well. the children took children's menu and they were very happy with their lunch (beed and pommes,...and ice cream). we grow up have the menu with a starter and pornstar. eating was fresh and good, it was probably the best tuna I've ever eaten. Although we had to wait a bit, it was so delicious and it was worth waiting for it.

My husband and I were walking the Tautavel village, stopped at the Gorges and decided to have something to eat. We were early but the Patron/Chef who was getting the tables ready invited us in to sit down and have a drink while waiting for...the kitchen to get ready. Great starter and main course for both of us, I had fish which was well cooked. My husband's chocolate desert was divine unfortunately my Rum Babka was a bit dry and not fresh. That was the only thing otherwise the wine was flowing and atmosphere and service was great. Loved it and will go back again

we came to this restaurant under the recommendation of some great wineries that told us about a big wine list and it was not disappointed! wow. what a list of natural weeps! and the prices are also great. they pay weingut price plus a...corkage crazy. and if a restaurant has such a selection of natural wine, they know that eating well in as much as it will be great respect before the basic products, environment and so on. that was also true with el silex. also here is the price design incredibly affordable: €18.50 for 3 courses! Why are there no more restaurants like this? thierry, when do you open something in london?

We arrived in Tautavel on Saturday while searching a restaurant. IT was amazing to see that a lot of restaurants were closed this afternoon. IT was even more amazing to see the number of people looking for a restaurant. We asked the waitress whether we...could be leaving within an hour and she confirmend that this was possible if we took the daily menue. We stayed and we took the carn de parry en salade, the grilled tuna followed by the pana cotta with coulis de mangue. The starter was simple but the taste was ok. The tuna was outstanding and we also loved the pana cotta. The service was very good and we felt sorry for the waitress who had to walk in the rain when she had to boring the dishe...

We were two people and we arrived at 0:40pm and the food got served at 2:10pm. We could not stand to wait so long. One of the dish was veal saute with mushrooms but the meat was hardly hot and well cooked, and there was...almost no mushrooms. The second dish was porc rib but way to salty. The wine was delicious. Overall we had to pay 86 euros ! I let you judge, overall they service is not constant and they use their reputation so think twice before you get in ! There were only one person serving all the customers, unbelievable and only one cook chef. Plus d'une heure d'attente, un saute de veau aux champignons froid et presque sans champignons, des travers de porc caramelises bien trop sales...

Firstly, at €19.90 for a 3-course lunch (without wine) in France this is excellent value. Wines have a standard €6 markup in what they say is the price from the producer, which is very reasonable. In Spain (where wine is included) I would have been...less happy with the value. The ambience is a bit scruffy nothing stylish nor alternatively quaint boxes everywhere; untidy. We stood around for an age waiting to be seated while a single couple was being served. So we sat ourselves down and were promptly redirected to another table.
