"We have been to Le Soufflé many times in recent years, sometimes just us two and sometimes bringing larger groups of friends and family. We have also celebrated birthdays there as was the case for our most recent visit. Our arrival is always greeted cordially, including handshakes and a sincere “welcome back”. The specialties of the house are of course soufflés, and we usually are not adventurous going beyond our old favourites though this time, we did. For mains, you really can’t beat the Henry IV but others are quite delicious. Their scallops’ dinner is also quite nice and desserts are of course really tempting. We have written several reviews over the years for “Le Soufflé” because we are committed to seeing excellence rewarded. Service – greeting, serving, clearing staff – food – preparation, presentation, and flavour – and drinks’ choices are all excellent, and our guests – including Parisians – have always been enthusiastically supportive of our choice. Nicolas, you and your expert and professional team always make us feel so welcome and so valued as customers. “Le Soufflé” is one of the two reasons why we look forward to our return trips to Paris. I had always wanted to try this restaurant and I am so glad we did. The decor is very charming. Sadly, Americans in sneakers and shorts. The food was delicious. We loved the chocolate souffle. The service was excellent.

Very chic! formula noon to 23€. as its name suggests, the specialty of the blown is. the blown! at least 10 varieties proposed. it is very well served, to avoid if you have a meeting in the afternoon: ideal for a business meal.

Rapport expérience/qualité/prix intéressant pour qui veut manger des soufflés.Dans une salle un peu impersonnelle, une carte courte mais bien construite autour des soufflés.Ils sont maîtrisés, pas mauvaise surprise.Surement un peu trop de farine dans la sauce Henri IV et de sucre dans le soufflé citron.A saluer des vins à prix cohérents.
