The turbot offers uncommon dishes when you come from the Lyon region. You will taste the turbot net (fish) which is perfectly cooked. You'll finish your meal with the boss' rum baba or a nice tatin pie. The daring will slip a ninechatel roasted with honey as a cheese. In short we had a nice evening!!"
