we visited pattaya on Sunday afternoon. friendly staff and eating is delicious. we will definitely go back and would recommend everyone in the opposite.

I highly recommend this restaurant for the food, but the manager really does need to learn people skills. Rude and extremely unhelpful to one of the diners

Food was average, pretty tasty but I have had more authentic experiences. The portion size is small. Service was poor, the waiter was rude and obviously busy as he was waiting on his own, but to add a service charge when the service is non...existent is criminal.

I regularly order from this restaurant, I have a very good Thai friend with whom I grew up in dorset, his mother was a chef in Thailand. since the way from dorset I have never been able to eat real authentic foods like pattaya as it is. Now known. I'm very helpful.

We visit the Lemongrass (now actually called the Pattaya) regularly and love the food and the staff. Thanet, the owner, is a wonderfully friendly, cheerful man who cares about the food, the restaurant and his guests. Whether it's eat-in or delivered, I always feel we...get good food at a fair price.

we were a group of 13 celebrating a birthday, it took 30 minutes before a beverage order was taken and then similar to the food order that eating was served disjointed, ie curry and another 10 minutes for the rice. the portions were not great and. that was almost not existent. the staff refused to grab empty teller than others still eat. we were charged for prawn cracker that we did not order, as assumed they were free, and then 10% service fee, for appalling service, we are sorry that we are not back.

We had a wonderful sit down meal this evening and it was phenomenal food. All fresh, vibrant and of high quality Thai ingredients. Every dish was packed full of flavour and we loved how aromatic the food was. We highly recommend coming for a sit...down meal as the ambiance in the restaurant is lovely. The lovely Gentleman who is front of house is very welcoming and remembers my Husband every time he comes in. We also order takeaway. Excellent standard and also the hygiene rating is 5/5. Thank you so much!

Was a regular customer but one dish I recently ordered for delivery wasn’t cooked properly some unknown ingredients were added incorrectly making the meal not fit for consumption and had to be binned.When I called and asked for an explanation as to why this food...was now cooked properly no explanation was given. I like to believe that when I order food from a restaurant it is cooked correctly and in a safe manner that is not happening in this restaurant and if I had a food allergy I would be very concerned.
