"This deli is close to work and so I've been a few times, the food is always lovely. Freshly prepared and a little different from your usual sandwich shop. The service however is ridiculous. It takes about 20 minutes every time you go. The staff generally don't have a clue how to make what you ask for (even though it's on their own menu), they often wander around aimlessly behind the counter as though they're lost. The last time I went I asked for a jacket potato with chilli (not cheap at £4.50) the salad it came with consisted of a table spoon on lettuce and a slice of tomato. It was luke warm because the woman that made it forgot to put it in the microwave. There was a lady in front of me that was asked what she wanted and then had to shout up because the person serving basically forgot to make her sandwich and started serving someone else. In summary, lovely food, horrendous service every time"

Everything is homemade, and they do lovely fishcakes, burgers, chicken skewers, soup and their salad boxes are very nice. Really good place to grab some lunch.

Everything is homemade and super delicious. Wraps, ciabattas and salad boxes are bursting with flavour. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

OMG SUCH AMAZING DELICIOUS TREATS .. we now gonevery friday for our weekly treats.sonfar weve tried the rocky roas,fruit crumble,choc orange sponge and my fav upto now the coconut sponge with loads of ouzing jam xx omg yum yum yum !!

Popped in for the first time today and ordered the signature ‘Beef Bite’ (although I was tempted by lots of the other sandwiches on the boards). I wasn’t disappointed, lovely ciabatta filled to the brim with delicious fillings. Very impressed, I’ll be back to try the others! Visualizza piatti

I have serious cravings for these sandwiches. I can’t wait ‘til my next weekday off so I can get another coronation chicken ciabatta. Oh! And I don’t even have to feel guilty eating meat… this is guilt free and at least three times as good. I could literally live off this food, and I would be so healthy! Big bonus for me is that I feel covid safe too… at least someone is behaving the way we should be behaving in a pandemic! Yep… I would rather eat here that anywhere else in Hull, at any time…

I’ve been wanting to go to Kingston’s for months but never had the chance as the food always looks and sounds incredible. I managed to make it down last Friday and was definitely not disappointed, the sandwich filling was perfectly balanced and really generous and the Victoria sandwich cake was huge and delicious too. I’d suggest everyone go here whenever they can, vegan or not. I can’t wait to try out everything else in store now! Service was super friendly and straightforward too, overall a great experience and I’m already looking for a time to go back!
