a very pleasant welcome, super friendly and competent servers (bravo à valentin that has had us spend a very nice evening). a beautiful presentation of dishes, flavors in the mouth where nothing is left to chance and so a real treat for taste buds. It's not our first visit but the most for crunchy little wheat in a sauce, certainly creamy but with endless taste, some chips and an egg, it's a little expensive...Faux-filet asked to point and served saignant, accompanied by a mini endive, a little gratin of potatoes and too little sauce...The quantities are really minimalist. Not sure we're back.
