So it was fade. A charming place. authentic and true people. It's so good. impeccable quiet rooms. We have to go in the heart of st, soak. ps: contest well passed results on 2 June rdv in September for my return.

Quiet location and quiet. Restaurant of the Mercure hotel. Friendly and fierce frame. pleasant inner heart except by strong heat. Had a quiet dinner after checked in at Mercure Angouleme Hotel. 3 course set menu of the day by Chef Bruno Ribe came with beef carpaccio permesan cheese, rable de lapin aux abricots confitsjus brun au soja foret noire aux deux cerises coulis d'Amarena. Food was delicious service was good. As I was enjoyiny entree , people start to fill up by the time I had dessert it was almost full. Enjoyable quiet dinner I'll remember !

We dined here once in our three day stay . The restaurant was quiet but it was 21.45, our waiter was attentive and polite . I just had a main, pork tenderloin my wife sea bass , both were very well cooked and presented the sauces were excellent. The wine we ordered was of good quality and half bottles available. We shared a cheese board which had a choice of local cheeses very good. Overall I would recommend , a little pricey though
