Same old same old. Late delivery, food missing..........poor customer service, it just goes on. Do not use, go elsewhere!

Shocking late delivery again. Such a shame as you get excuse after excuse and never told a realistic delivery time. The food is good but customer a real shocker!

it is in fact rare to meet even in this day and age, a food trader with such incredibly low moral standards. they will take their money happy without the ability to fill their order in something near an acceptable time. they will. always lie to you. Your money, your choice.

We have order takeaway worth £50, after waiting two hours for the food to arrive, we were missing items and a vegan soup that was ordered was instead a chicken and prawn soup! Very upset and disappointed! If a food requirement is requested it should...be upheld with the highest regard ! A vegan option that instead was replaced with a chicken and prawn option is not okay. Amazing! Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Lots of veggie options (I’m not sure if they’re vegan but I hope so) I’d recommend the veggie duck chow mein and the veggie chicken balls. And my dad was very happy with his crispy...duck. It took just over an hour to arrive which I thought was very good considering the distance we live away. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Our new favourite takeaway! Thank you

Edit: A small note The website and google advertises that it's open till 11pm. Unfortunately after passing by at roughly half past ten it was completely dark and there were two staff inside about to leave. Speaking from self experience, I understand that on quieter nights you begin cleaning and packing up earlier to save time, but it's a real shame to completely shut well before advertised opening hours. Hopefully the website simply hasn't updated yet... it's still a great takeaway nonetheless. Original: Had the Pad Thai, Dumplings, Pork Balls and Kung Po Chicken and it was excellent. New Years Eve Been coming to this Chinese since 2011, Delivery has never been great time wise but as the food is great we have never moaned when its taken 1-2 hours before. I thought this year I would hopefully avoid this and pre ordered...via the app at 12:30pm .I ordered for 6.30pm. Nothing arrived and I waited till 7:30pm before trying to phone them.Took me 47 attempts to get through and was then told my food would arrive at 8:30-8:45pm. Nothing came then either so....another 30 odd calls got through and they guy said they hadn't even prepared mine and it would come at 10pm!! What a shambles and a new years eve ruined.
