"Ich war von gestern auf heute aus purem Zufall das erste Mal in diesem Hotel. Sehr gute Anfahrt von der Autobahn und einfach zu finden. Allein schon die schöne Farbe am Haus fällt auf. Hinter dem Haus hat es genügend gebührenfreie Parkplätze. Im Hotel wurde ich sehr herzlich Empfangen von der Inhaberin. Unkomplizierte und rasche Abwicklung des Check-in. Die Zimmer sind modern und das Bett ist seeeeehr bequem. Schönes funktionales Badezimmer mit grosser Dusche. Für den der es mag hat es einen grossen Fernseher mit allen Sendern. Sky usw. Das Hotel liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend was auch keinen Strassenlärm hat. Im Hauseigenen Restaurant werden verschiedene hochwertige und liebevolle Gerichte angeboten. Der Koch hat das geübte Auge und auch das Können. Am Morgen gibt es für die „Eiligen“ einen Kaffee und ein Croissant und ein kleiner Orangensaft dazu der im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist. Ich könnte noch viel Schreiben aber macht euch selber ein Bild ihr werdet überzeugt sein. Ich sehe ja viele Hotels im ganzen Jahr aber hier war ich 1. sehr positiv überrascht und 2. ich komme wieder. Vielen Dank und macht weiter so....."

"we are happy to have 3* Michelin establishments in numerous restaurants, so many other restaurants have remarkable at the same level, from which the basis of a robust benchmark. l’hotel de ville is always a tasty bite, as the kitchen is classic classic classic...is without question our preference about completely contemporary Nordic style and the dishes are excellently presented. also with our high expectations based on previous visits, the restaurant could really surpass. we had their longest tasting menu, which, according to the dish, was full of taste, clever textures, perfect seasoning and beautifully arranged components. it is unusual to have a long tasting menu, where each dish is of the same level as there are often mises here and there; this was hit after the hit. every little detail had been considered and in contrast to so many contemporary style restaurants, hot eating here is just that, served hot. the service is friendly, informative and especially with a real passion and proudly delivered for the product. I want to see that as a diner. the cheese car must have had more than 40 different cheeses from which generous portions were served; exemplarary. actually, the whole experience here is one that feels very generous and is worth more than the price. the quality of the technology and skill shown in each individual court must be learned. if I had to recommend only a 3* michelin restaurant without question, l’hotel de ville would be my suggestion; quite simple, eating is not really better than that."

"9 p.m. I ordered 4 pizzas to take away. 30 min wait, arrived home 3 pizzas out of 4 did not have the ingredients ordered, unpitted olives too bad. Called back directly 10 minutes later to warn of the error, the only response being that the order coupons were noted correctly. Not very commercial. If 3 out of 4 pizzas do not come out with the right ingredients there is certainly a problem with the coupons at the time of production!"

"Ich war geschäftlich in Lausanne und ging da ab und zu Abendessen. Das Essen ist gut und wird so wie ich es einschätze frisch gekocht. Ich hatte keine Pizza, spreche deshalb nur von den Tellergerichten. Sie haben auch eine Saisonale Karte mit einer guten Auswahl. Die Preise sind wie überall rund um den Genfersee halt etwas hoch."

"all beautiful, efficient fast and super pizza! Five delicious dishes. the frame is a small modern executive, nothing very original but all well, question of taste. I'll be back with pleasure."
