"A very frequent Tuesday night and parking full. A good sign? Well, also the restaurant completely booked and luck we reserved. A few years ago I was here, just like my business colleague, and we both remembered the restaurant positively. Is it the same today? To get it forward, yes! The interior, i.e. the furniture, the appearance has not changed. Cosy rustic, lots of wood, smaller niches and beautifully decorated, no kink taste. Somehow I have the impression of a Bavarian influence, perhaps also through the clothes of the service, dirty. Click on the photo to enlarge! The greeting was extremely friendly and I was led to the table where my business partner was already sitting. It only took a short time to ask for an aperitif. I mentioned the well filled parking lot and so I decided to use a soft Flensburger Pils, in a climbing bottle, nicely cold. The menu includes a menu of the house and a well sought-after number of ala-Carte dishes. There's no rush here. Take enough time to choose! Freshly prepared meals and a very pleasant time between courses. After greeting from the kitchen I chose the sweet potato cream with coconut milk (EUR 9.00), which convinced me. I feared that coconut milk will be very dominant, but that was not the case, slightly sweet, in itself very harmoniously costed, slightly asian and absolutely my taste. By the way, a good part! Then as the main course a 250 g Rumpsteak with Pommes Frites (EUR 28,50), very high cut and super good medium fried and perfectly spiced. There were no sauces in the menu and so I asked for a pepper sauce served. It was a business dinner and I didn't have the opportunity to make pictures of the food. However, I would like to point out that the dishes were served without ornaments such as Balsamico-Saucencumber or small cut greenware. Perfect. During the time the restaurant was full, there were enough staff. But with time, not only the number of guests reduced, but also the number of service personnel. So it was unfortunately necessary to win at the end for an espresso or for the bill. It does not fit the otherwise perfect service. It won't take years to visit again!"

We stayed several times for a short trip at the Romantikhotel Gravenberg. The romantic rooms are super beautifully decorated. It's clean. The breakfast buffet offers something for every taste. The wellness area is very well maintained and quiet. The service of absolute hammer. I've never felt so welcome in a hotel as here.We recently tried another hotel, never again! Next time we drive back to Lohmann family

Ist nicht mehr das,was es mal war. Das Haupthaus sieht außen noch OK aus,hat aber eine Auffrischung nötig. Der Pavillon wirkt eher altbacken. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten,jedoch ist die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Autobahn-Zubringer- Straße suboptimal. Ich hatte das Gefühl,dass die Zeit hier etwas stehen geblieben ist,was die Räumlichkeiten angeht. Ich war zu einer Jubiläumsfeier dort....es war ok. Ich persönlich würde hier nicht buchen.

Ein rundherum großartiges Wellness- und Romantikwochenende. Wir haben bei der Reservierung um ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer gebeten und es auch bekommen. Das Zimmer 31 war klasse; mit Himmelbett und moderem Bad. Das 3gänge Menü am Abend war grandios, das Frühstücksbuffet ebenso. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, alles sehr sauber. 1 Stern Abzug dafür,das die Kellner einen -ohne zu fragen-sofort dutzen. Finde ich nicht okay und auch für so eine gehobene Gastronomie unpassend.

We stayed at Lohmanns for a couple of weekends and were really thrilled. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a room in the annex which was very spacious and especially very clean. Of course, the decor is a matter of taste but you could see in the pictures that it is not a super modern hotel. The restaurant was just wow the food great. Not cheap but super tasty. The sauna area was nice, but in our opinion there were not enough berths. There were already two people in the single rest room and the room was already occupied. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very well. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Wir hatten ein perfektes, entspanntes Verwöhnwochenende. Rooms: Wir hatten ein Zimmer im separaten Gebäude (war auch so angefragt), sehr groß mit Terrasse und Wiese, großes Bad mit Sauna und separater Toilette. Die Einrichtung gut bürgerlich, sauber, liebevoll mit Taschen für den Außenbereich und für die Badelandschaft. Safe, Kühlschrank etc. alles vorhanden. Elektr. Rollos und viele Lichtquellen, unterschiedlich steuerbar. Perfekt! Food drinks: Ausgezeichnetes 5-Gang Menü, sehr gute Qualität und appetitlich angerichtet.
