"Very welcoming staff, smiling to listening and small care for its customers. Nice class decor. comfortable seats. Excellent house kitchen! Dressing very popular and beautiful plates! Hat to the chief and all his kitchen brigade! I highly recommend! Especially if you're visiting Dijon, it's a restaurant not to be missed! I would even say this is Dijon's best gourmet restaurant! It's a shame that his annual closure will take place every year at the time of my birthday... it would be a pleasure to be able to celebrate here!"

Dommage Dijon is a city that passes because when you decide to know what a good surprise this restaurant staff is at the top as well as the cuisine away from Bocuse's show. Very warm welcome in this beautiful old hotel in the heart of Dijon and a few steps from the Palais des Ducs. Delicious menu, creative cuisine, perfectly mastered cooking: the Michelin star is deserved. The service is friendly and efficient, absolutely not crowded. Great choice of wine and reasonable prices especially at lunchtime. An excellent address!

The beef tail in Burgundy, it passes but it's still not hot!
