Typical Roman dishes prepared with taste and some innovative ideas such as the very crunchy fried tripe. Some interference from other regions such as the excellent cacio e ova from Abruzzo. Their trifle is delicious. And the coffee is good too. Generous portions. As written on the menu, half portions are not available. Average prices. Very friendly and efficient staff. It is hard to understand why Gaumont gives this restaurant a good rating. Room staff have no knowledge of the profession at all, even to the point of being arrogant. The food was not tasty. Starter was served like you get croquettes from a wall in the Netherlands. With the main course the pasta was undercooked (after all a basic and basic product) and far too salty, we had to go looking for the artichokes.
