"I often question whether people truly recognize good food when they taste it. I have dined at many expensive and highly regarded restaurants around the world, including in China, Hong Kong, San Francisco, Vancouver, and Sydney, all with large and sophisticated Chinese communities. I have also frequented Ken Lo's Memories of China in Victoria, London. Lux II ranks among the best of them, offering incredible value for the price. Those accustomed to cheap takeout may find it expensive, but for those seeking authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine, there are few options that compare for miles around, especially at this price point. The only issue is that they seem to be short-staffed, particularly on Saturdays. Despite this, I plan on returning to Lux II again and again."

Whilst the food was good, I was suprised by a family that was allowed to bring in their 2 dogs. If I knew that pets were allowed, I wouldn't have gone in. Seems like money has paid for privileged seating which may cost the restaurant owners their livelihood. Visualizza piatti

I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the food at this restaurant. When I inquired about a specific dish, the waitress challenged me in a rude manner. The food was bland and tasteless, making it one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time.

This is definitely the best Chinese takeout I have ever tried, and I have tried a few. The service is fast and efficient, whether you dine in for lunch or place a takeout order (unfortunately, no delivery available at the moment). The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting for those waiting for their food. The staff is always willing to offer suggestions for your order. Be sure to try the grilled meat dumplings!
