"It must have been one of those No days, but it is still not acceptable that it happens in a restaurant, where there should be only Yes days. Enticed by the social networks that present a really nice menu, we went there on August 17th. Only one person at the service, very kind, but evidently having difficulty following the few customers and not very familiar with the menu. Music in the hall very high. When ordering we are not asked for drinks; we will have to call the waiter back to ask for a drink. Some menu items not available for lunch, considering that it is the week of August in the highest season in a tourist resort!!!! Pizza baskets, for example, are not available. As well as the centerpiece : a dish made up of Luciana-style octopus and seafood souté. Ordered, a portion arrives, not particularly abundant, of octopus in salad, without souté which is not on the menu and at the same price €18 . When asked for an explanation, they are told that there are no seafood and that they have increased the portion of octopus. But Luciana should be different from Insalata . Good but not at that price. A burger was supposed to have caramelized onions, but it was just lightly seared onions with a little sugar. Average count. Probably, thinking positive, it was an off day, but there have been more negative reviews lately, so there is something to fix. It 's constructive criticism for the owner who clearly believes it. We won 't be back, but the wish is to solve all the flaws in the best possible way."

My wife and I were greeted very kindly. We ordered the chicken burger and it was delicious (to say the least). Amazing service and staff! I highly recommend if you miss a good American burger in an Italian environment Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ho ordinato una ciotola di Poke, che doveva avere la salsa di Teryaki, ma il piatto non ce l'ha quando l'ho. Mi hanno detto che non ne hanno più, ma non l'ha detto quando ho ordinato! Venne offerto uno spruzzo di aceto balsamico e patate al posto del riso inedibile che è stato cotto. Il cameriere non ha capito affatto l'inglese e ha dovuto prendere lo chef, che era solo leggermente migliore in inglese. I nostri ordini erano semplici ma ci sono voluti molto tempo per apparire nonostante siamo stati gli unici al ristorante! Darebbe 0 stelle se potessi! Abbiamo finito per non mangiare e il cameriere si e' arrabbiato con noi.

I came away very mixed from this restaurant. My boyfriend's burger was excellent and he was happy with it. For my part, I ordered a poké with salmon in it and it was a poké with canned tuna that was served to me. It was not even the tuna poké on the menu but a mixture of several poké as if some ingredients were missing in the kitchen. Nothing was reported by the server upfront and when I explained to him upon receiving my plate that I had not received what I ordered, the server ignored my problem and I ate my plate without looking to insist.
