"After we had ordered at 17:00, the messages they would deliver only at 19:00. At 19:15 we called, as was not yet delivered. Apparently, the order should have expired, and they deliver at 8:00. At 20:15 we called again, and the food came shortly before 21:00. As an excuse, they offered us a voucher worth 50€, which they would send us by email. That didn't happen either. To all the frustration we have waited for our food every 4 hours, the pizza rolls were half raw, the pizza tasteless and the rest were only halfway fine."

Matze‘s geht immer. Vielseitiges Angebot, holt jeden Geschmack und Appetit ab. Extrawünsche werden vom Personal immer angenommen und bestmöglich umgesetzt. Das Personal ist freundlich, macht die paar Minuten Wartezeit sehr angenehm. Keine langen Lieferzeiten nach Hause. Bestellen immer wieder gern, bis bald!

Das grün muss man mögen, aber gehört halt zur Corporate Identity Wesentlich blöder war es, dass bei der Bestellung über die App schon 2x passiert ist, dass statt einer Veggie Variante eines Gerichtes, das mit Fleisch geliefert wurde, obwohl auch veggie an der box stand : Sonst schmeckts aber super! Sind aus Berlin auf der Durchreise. Etwas enttäuscht vom Hotel Restaurant Essen, musste noch etwas solides her. Waren vom doch recht modernen Laden überrascht. Für einen Lieferdienst recht hübsch und ansprechend. Pizza war super, vor allem der Teig. Sollte es uns nochmal her verschlagen, kommen wir auf jedenfall nochmal vorbei. Meal type: Dinner

Lieferzeit leider länger als angegeben. Essen war nicht sehr lecker Burger trocken und und geschmacklich auch kein Wunder. Die kartoffelecken matschig. Die Nudeln waren Okey deswegen auch 2 Sterne. Der Preis ist natürlich happig für so ein Essen. Ich denke wir werden uns woanders umsehen. Schade es war schon mal um einiges besser dort. Service: Delivery
