"Wir kamen nach einer Karwendelüberquerung recht spät ins Via Pasto und wurden trotzdem sehr freundlich bedient.Obwohl die Küche eigentlich schon geschlossen war wurde uns trotzdem noch eine Pizza, Bruschetta und Salat gemacht. Alles hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und wir haben uns nach langer Wanderung ehrlich willkommen gefühlt. Sehr aufgestellte Leute die ihren Job verstehen und mit Freundlichkeit ausführen. Uns wurde auch noch geholfen und zu später Stunde ein Zimmer für die Übernachtung gesucht. Das war sehr bemüht und herzlich. Bei der nächsten Bergtour am Achensee sicher wieder."

"The food is mediocre and expensive, the coffee is good. The main thing is the experience there that is pleasant to sit in and spacious and clean. There is a beautiful view and a convenient location, you can sit inside or outside. The service was pleasant but in the display window of the cakes there is really no help and explanation in the English language and it is difficult to know what each item contains. The taste was average even though the cakes look wow. I also had an affogato and it was great and served in a cool glass with a small cookie on the side. There are clean toilets. Recommended for a refreshment stop but do not come with high culinary expectations."

"Absolutely miserable service and very unfriendly! I have on December 31st. Ordered penne arrabiata at Pizzeria Venezia. I was told to show up in 20 minutes and pick up the pasta. So I made my way, entered the restaurant and stood at the bar. There was a black-haired waitress at the bar who also made all the calls and took orders. The lady didn't even look at me and simply ignored me. No greeting or asking what I ordered, let alone checking to see if my pasta was ready. So I stood next to her at the bar for 10 minutes !! and she ignored me. In the meantime, she made phone calls, talked to other employees, took away plates, cleared plates, but didn't even look at me. In short, there was time for everything except to exchange at least a word with me. I'm well aware that days like New Year's Eve are very busy and you can't serve everyone at the same time. It's also understandable to me that you don't get your turn right away. But I can't understand why you just ignore someone standing next to you. The young woman didn't even manage to say a greeting or let alone ask what the person had ordered in order to check whether the food was already ready. Unacceptable. After about 10 minutes, one of the two chefs took pity on me and asked what I had actually ordered. I told him I ordered pasta and he went into the kitchen and got me my pasta arrabiata, which was already completely cold. She now had to collect and didn't even look at me again. She continued to ignore me, I paid for the order and headed home. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I understand that there is a lot going on and that you cannot be served immediately. But just letting them know that it might take a little longer or at least a greeting isn't asking too much. The pasta was already ready and cold. In any case, thanks to the chef, who at least took care of me and at least asked. End of song, paid 16 euros for a pasta arrabiata, was ignored and not looked at and I ended up eating my cold pasta. Well, good service is probably something else."

"The restaurant is located in front of a large supermarket and excellent sports shop and bicycle rental. We arrived there a large group of family and friends on a hot day.We received a lovely charming waitress who immediately served to the table water .The menus are only in German but she offered us the options.We ordered pizzas and salad. It was great!!!!For a group of 10 people the bill was 54 euro. Very recomended!"

"here are offered surprise menus. we received the first time: (1) rucola – kalbsfilet – bachforelle – garnelen, (2) beet forellenfilet – gurke – dill – senf, (3) beet breast – pfifferlingsrisotto – portweinjus, (4) smoked flapmeat – greener spargel - kresse rösti, (5) zitronentarte – holunderblood sor. at the second time: hirschcarpaccio, rehfiletstrudel, healbutt, lamb fillet and celerated – again everything in very fine portions and with a highly acceptable and lush weeping gland. we have closed this excellent kitchen in our heart and will certainly come back. the foods were, by the way, quite cost-effective and the service very kind."
