"Massive portions but the food isn't great. There's not much love going into these kebabs. It all comes seperate and dry with no sauce and it all tastes extreamly bland. It's not even all mixed up and its way to big to pick up by hand. I'm talking about a donna kebab. There's really nothing special about it and it's expensive. Packaging is awful as it comes in polystyrien. Come on guys you really should not be using this cheap stuff which is so bad for the enviroment. Throwing in cheap disgusting cakes that come from bookers does not make the kebab taste any better. Very dissapointed (twice) and there won't be a thrid."

The food at this restaurant is always delicious and served hot. I have never had a bad dish there. The menu offers plenty of choices and I highly recommend it.

Food was awful, chicken Donna was so dry and couldn’t eat it. Clearly not fresh at all. Potatoes were soggy and just gross, honestly it was so bad. I’ve seen good reviews so really disappointed a s clearly not a good night for them. Won’t be ordering here again

I have been a loyal customer of Mr Kebab for years and have never been disappointed with a meal. The service is consistently friendly and the mixed large chicken and lamb shish is amazing! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the Braintree area and looking for a satisfying meal.

The affordable chicken at this restaurant is dry and lacking flavor. The chips are consistently undercooked. The kebab meat is sliced paper-thin, resulting in a dry, curled texture. Additionally, the kebab boxes come pre-filled, limiting the customer's ability to customize their order.

Ordered a meal for one (pizza, wings and wedges with a drink), which arrived super quick: Waited only 10/15 minutes! Everything was delicious and hot, with a generous amount of food for the price! My only critique is that the wedges are more akin baked potatoes, though no stars lost from me as they were still very nice. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Just used Mr Kebab for the very first time and was really impressed. Ordered online which was easy and was given a 10% discount for doing so. Delivered within half hour by a friendly driver. The food was superb, it was fresh, hot and tasty great kebabs and would highly recommend, the Kebabs all came with a fresh side salad and a pot of sauce. This will be our new go to place for kebabs.

We love this place! We had it now and again before lockdown but now it's all we look forward to every fortnight! Always ample chicken and salad in our kebab the lady on the phone and at the desk when paying etc is lovely! Only niggle is that it's cash only (i never carry cash so annoying that i have to go and get money out before hand etc but it's worth it!! Also last thing please sell coke and diet coke not Pepsi :

I don't usually leave reviews for takeaway places but felt I had to here.. I nearly didn't order from here because of the recent reviews of food being tasteless and bland.. I'm glad I ordered because the food was very nice and wasn't over priced.. large menu.. plenty on offer.. my wife toom a gamble on the lasagne (which is an odd dish for a kebab shop) she really liked it.. all in all very glad we gave this place a go.. definitely be ordering again

Super friendly staff and delivery men, good value menus and most of all, super tasty food!! Recently discovered them after years of ordering from best kebab in Braintree. Mr Kebab knocks the socks off them. I will never order anywhere else. Great portion sizes, well seasoned meat, fresh salad in separate containers and sauces (garlic and chilli) that taste authentic and not just cheapy-rubbish from Costco squeezed into pots. Their containers, even for basic kebabs, are filled with meat so you'll graze on the yummy leftovers the next day. You will not be disappointed. 11/10!
