Found this rustic but cosy restaurant at the Square in Hammelburg and were lucky to get a table. Good schnitzel and good rump steak, as well as wine by the glass. Quickly filled up, and this is probably one of the better restaurants around in its category.

Great restaurant we had 2 dinners here, the first was amazing but on the second dinner i ordered the fish and it was under done and not ediable and I was not offered another meal which was a little disappointing. But my husband and daughters meals were very good.

Friendly service and small but fine menu. There are tasty wines and well-known dishes modernly interpreted. The normal curry sausage convinces with a fruity-sharp sauce, to the wild burger (alone the wild already convinces) a delicious trufflemayo is served. As first time visitors to Hammelburg we were unsure where to eat so after reading some trip advisor reviews we decided on Müller restaurant and we were not disappointed! We were given a table straight away even though they seemed quite busy. The girls spoke really good English so ordering wasn't really a problem. The food was excellent....very well presented and really tasty. We planned to go the next night but sadly they close on Tuesday's. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

We have had a dinner in this weinstube for some 10 - 15 years ago, and had good memories of an original old fasion weinstube. Now we realized, it has turned to a quite standard looking gaststätte, with hardly any own character. We had only a simple snack with wine and beer, local sausage with sauerkraut. Good, but not perfect. The house wine, silvaner, was probably from their own wineard, that was good. They had a big group that night, so we were placed to table with two other people. That was arranged elegantly. Weinstube has the best possible location in Hammelburg by the main square. Very modest price for the dinner, 25€ for sausages, 2 wines, 1 beer.

kisto and I had defted to something yesterday after the tour. the Franconian cuisine should be and had to be tried. on Tuesday, this luck was unfortunately not forged, since here in hammelburg almost all restaurants have closed. at least in the German kitchen we found this. in the Roadster group most members eat between at mcdonald 's, but this is not our claim. when we arrived at the hotel after the tour, kisto strolled and I went to the market and met the weingut and weinhotel müller, which also includes a restaurant with typical Franconian cuisine. we wanted to come in here. without reservation it is really hard to eat a place in hammelburg. but there's always something going on. we waite...
