Der Zwischenstopp erwies sich als Topadresse. Die Küche besticht durch ihre Spezialitäten und dies bei einem sehr freundlichen Service. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt sollen sie auf alle Fälle einen Hält vorsehen

Wir haben an Sylvester zu Mittag gegessen. Lokale Spezialitäten, die auf dem Teller sehr schön angerichtet sind. Das Essen sehr lecker. Bedienung ausserordentlich freundlich und das Ganze in einem gemütlichen modernen Ambiente. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einkehren.

Essen war okay, das Servicepersonal jedoch sehr unfreundlich. Mit Karte darf man erst ab 40 Franken bezahlen, was ich in keinem Restaurant bisher erlebt habe. Als ich die Kellnerin darauf angesprochen habe, erhielt ich als Antwort, darüber diskutiere sie nicht mit mir, Regeln seien Regeln. Was will man da noch sagen... Visualizza piatti

We enjoyed this restaurant. The food was creative and delicious. I was able to choose from several vegetarian options (other than the usual swiss cheese-based fare), and my husband enjoyed his pan-roasted beef. We especially enjoyed the interesting flavors of home-made ice cream. We were...only disappointed they closed for Christmas and we couldn't go back the next day!

We have visited this restaurant twice during a week long stay in nearby Munster. On both occasions the service and food were excellent. The staff are friendly and happy to help and have time for a chat and to make you feel welcome. We would...definitely come back to this restaurant again if we are in this part of switzerland again and would recommend it to anyone for an excellent meal and service.

We show up a first time but could not get in. You want to make a reservation for this place. We did for our second attempt. What a great time. First location close to beautiful Munster. The room itself is cosy, warming stove in the...middle. But the most important is in the plate. A real festival of taste with fresh and local products. Expect more than the usual swiss fondue. Sehr angenehme Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Die Speisen sind alle besonders in der Art und gut gemacht. Hoher Genusswert. Bei den Fladen würde ich mir wünschen, dass auf der Karte erwähnt wird, dass es sich brim Quark um Ziegenquark handelt. Das mag nicht jeder. Der Service ist freundlich und "unangestrengt". Die offenen Weine sind gut.Dem Wirt würde ich raten den Webeintrag zu verbessern. Man kann das Restaurant unter Mühle Geschinen bei Google kaum finden.

Went there for lunch while cross country skiing and for dinner a time. Both times great food. Lunch was excellent, Spaghetti with trout and wirz; plenty of food; plates were hot, perfect when eating outside; tasted great. Friendly and prompt service. Food in the...evening was good, maybe the combinations a bit adventurous. I had a beetroot risotto, bright red, : took a moment getting used to. Tasted very god though. The restaurants website reflects food and atmosphere well. Expensive, but good value for money. Recommended.

Both for lunch (e.g. as a break from x-country skiing the tracks go practically past the restaurant) and for dinner, this is really a very nice/special restaurant. Everything seems to be made/prepared with local produce and with much creativity/imagination. The lentil soup (lunch) is...hearty and truly delicious. The topinambour (Jerusalem artichoke) soup dinner is absolutely to write home about! Otherwise, dishes with roebuck filet wrapped in cabbage leaves and lamb liver are genuinely exceptional. This, in a rural yet esoteric setting, with excellent wines and attentive service, make this one of the best restaurant addresses in the Goms valley. A gem! Visualizza piatti
