"We waited and waited for our food, with the server blaming the busyness of the restaurant. After 30 minutes, I had to approach the man and ask about our food, which had been sitting out for at least 10 minutes. His excuse was that they were busy. The food was lukewarm and decent, but we won't be returning. If they are short-staffed, they should hire more. If they can't handle the kitchen, they shouldn't take orders. At the very least, give customers the option of waiting 45 minutes for their food or going elsewhere where they will be welcomed. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
