"I have requested the Manager to lower the Music down for 5 minutes till we eat our food and leave (which is on the table as my partner suffers from brain tumour and had a surgery done recently. The Man said it’s a company policy that the music cannot go down. I haven’t heard a more ignorant comment then this. Its an eatery place and not a club that im walking in. Fix up Nando’s Park royal."

Very poor management, it used to be one of the best Nando’s now it’s the worst. This staff has the rudest customer service ever seen.

Can't go wrong with this Nandos. It's Halal and has a cinema, arcade, bowling, pool, laser tag, escape rooms and other restaurants around.. and free parking!

Best nandos I’ve been to so far! Food was piping hot, fresh, Fino pitta for once was constructed great. Friendly staff. Very spacious place with loads of seats.
