Did not even get food as they tried overcharge us...then got aggressive. I would avoid.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations, and if every meal is as amazing as this one, I will definitely be coming back for more.

I placed a phone order for pickup and everything was perfect. The pizza was delicious and the doner meat was excellent. The service was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Nanzza is a takeaway that we use quite often. We generally share items though. Food is always got and tasty but the kebab meat can be a little too greasy at times which is sad and a waste of money because it's inedible. We get this delivered. Always on ot before time. We recently placed an order at this restaurant and found the food to be terrible. It did not live up to the way it was advertised. The staff we spoke to on the phone were unpleasant, moody, and disrespectful. I am extremely let down, particularly by the unfriendly communication of the employees. I and my partner always used nanzza and it was always great. the last few paintings we ordered (via uber iss), it was terrible! eating is cold, cheese has not even melted on the frits and only half is...covered, salat on the burger when asked without, in the regular much in the kebab and naan, but there was hardly kebab meat. definitiw my custom lost and we will not order again from nanzza! it is not worth it for the money they pay, and when they put it on, they are simply not important!

Awful customer service,very rude man on the phone.Tonight we ordered 2xburger box meals,consisting of a burger,chips and kebab meat,aswell as another meal.The burger box meals were 9.95.However when we opened up the chicken burger meal, there were no chips and no donner meat.The box completely dry ,so no sign of any chips or meat,We paid 9.95 for this and was unacceptable.I called the shop , to be told by the rude person on the other end of the phone, that upon checking the cctv in the kitchen, he can see the items missing,were actually put in there.More or less called me a liar, he told me to go to the shop and view the cctv.THe whole reason we had delivery was so we didn't have to go out ....
