We came to Bournemouth with our son who had an insight event. We decided to eat at Neo the food was very nice we were served by Marian and he was very helpful and professional We were served quickly and had a lovely afternoon

We came to Neo for an afternoon meal with the family. Marian made us feel right at home he provided excellect service and consideration. Made the whole experience welcoming. The starter went down really well. My main course, sea bass was lovely. All the family enjoyed their meals. We rounded the meal with tea and desert.

Our firs time to NEO and must say it was a beautiful evening. Marian saw to our every need very polite and professional. The food was incredible. It was my partners 50th Birthday and he was given a birthday card and a lovely birthday dessert with a candle. Will definitely be going again. Thank you Marian for a lovely evening. Previously when I’ve visited Neo it’s been midweek and I had a great experience. This time it was extremely disappointing. Long waits for food and drinks, barely warm and rather bland food, dry desserts multiple drinks ordered that never arrived. The service we did receive was good however there were chunks of the evening where we were ignored.

We walked past and decided to see if they had a table for lunch. The greeter was so welcoming and let us to a table with a beautiful view of the beach. We ordered from the set Sunday menu I had the cheese soufflé for starter and my husband had ham hock and chicken terrine we both had roast beef for main. The food and service , Gustavo was exceptional and such great value. We will certainly return when we are next in the area .

Our first visit to Neo on a few days away in January. We decided to try this restaurant, which is a lovely building and we were sat upstairs as only a few diners on a Monday evening, which was fine. The starters were amazing- we had tempura prawns and the scallops. We chose fillet steak and a whole lobster as our main meal. Sadly, the fillet was very chewy indeed. My lobster didn't appear to have been cooked with any butter or sauce at all and was subsequently really dry and tough. A real shame, wouldn't visit again. Visualizza piatti
