"Exploring the outskirts of Leeds led me to discover the gem that is Corarima, a gluten free haven in Wakefield. As someone currently navigating a gluten free journey, stumbling upon this Abyssinian vegan/gluten free restaurant was a true delight. Opting for the combination platter for two was a journey through a sensory layer cake a symphony of tastes and smells expertly presented. We embraced the experience, relishing the deliciousness with our hands, a practice met with the owner's delighted approval. The host, a charming and attentive soul, took us on a culinary tour, passionately detailing each dish. The decor added to the warmth, creating a homely ambiance that made this dining experience extraordinary. In the realm of UK dining, Corarima has secured its spot among our favorites. It's more than a restaurant; it's a rare and complete experience, a testament to the charm and authenticity of Abyssinian cuisine."

"I have ordered takeout from this restaurant a few times now, but on my last three visits, I have been very disappointed. One of the workers assured me that the curry I was buying for myself and my daughter was mild, but when I got home and tried it, it was actually extremely hot. The following week, I mentioned this to the same worker, who insisted that all their curries are mild now. She suggested a different curry that she said was mild, but it turned out to be just as spicy. The last curry was so hot that we couldn't even eat it and ended up throwing it away. From now on, I will not be ordering from this restaurant unless they can provide accurate information about the spiciness levels of their curries. Additionally, I was never offered a discount for the inconvenience."

"I had booked the royal spice but due to a very sad bereavement the restaurant was closed so went here instead. Service was chaotic to say the least even though there were only a handful of people in drinks order had to ask twice and wrong drink came. Poppadoms soft and chewy curries came two were wrong had to go back. One of our party had a nut allergy asked for a curry without nuts or could the curry she wanted be prepared without nuts answer no so what can I have a plate of chips! Really in this day and age nut allergies are quite common. I had to call the waiters at least twice from the other side of the room whilst they chatted together. I guess by the amount of people in the restaurant says it all really."

"We have visited Robatary on many occasions and it’s never provided us with anything other than a great experience. The staff are really friendly and are always on hand to assist you. The menu offers a wide range of both small plates as well as larger main meals. On our most recent visit, we ordered; (small plates) duck pancakes, duck fried gyozas, (large plates) katsu chicken curry and crispy chilli beef. The duck pancakes came with a hoisin dipping sauce and were really flavoursome. With the gyozas, you actually get a choice of whether you want them deep fried or steamed and a choice of two different dipping sauces as well. We opted for deep fried with the miso sauce- I would highly recommend. The main dishes were also really tasty and well presented, the portions are huge as well! The only slight complaint I have is that the egg fried rice that the crispy chilli beef comes with, was a little too goopy on this visit, another minute or so and it would’ve been perfect. Other than that though, I really can’t complain and on top of that, they also have 25% off the whole menu between 5PM-7PM as part of their early bird special! This restaurant is well worth a visit, we will definitely be returning again soon."
