Great place for coffee, always had friendly service. Not tried any food yet but the cakes always look amazing.

My wife and I are regulars here for three main reasons. 1. The coffee is the best in the local area. 2. The food is freshly made, modern and tasty. 3. Great service from all team members.

As an ex coffee bar owner I am very elitist when it comes to the preparation of the bean. Top quality roasts at this venue with the added bonus of the genuine relaxed staff who make this venue an absolute pleasure to visit. Christopher

Really great coffee, tea, food and service in a friendly cafe with a nice atmosphere. Out of all the places in Sandgate this one is my favourite as it has the most character and everything I have tried is really fresh and tastes great!

The coffee here is just the best around. The main barista is a young male who is perhaps shy but he doesn't look you in the eye which makes service somewhat cold and lacking. Such a great shame as to have someone welcoming in place would be so much better and add to the already excellent coffee.

Great atmosphere and quality food and drink just a street back from the sea. Wonderful vegan treats to accompany a good range of drinks. I enjoyed avocado on toast which was well presented and tasty, accompanied by a rhubarb fizz. Just the ticket before the short cycle back to Folkestone along the sea front. The owner couldn't have been more welcoming.

We came by chance on this cafe. Having seen a number of others in the immediate area we came back to this one. It was absolutely the right choice. Very good quality coffee and the large cup is not bucket sized! Delicious home made cakes and for once they are genuinely home made you can tell from the look, taste and the fact that when we discussed the recipe for one with the owner he was able to discuss the recipe in detail. Can’t recommend this highly enough. A truly serendipitous find! .

Heard rumours of a gem of a coffee shop in Sandgate by the sea and it did not disappoint!! The barista with glasses was like he was from Shoreditch itself!! A joke of a coffee and I mean that in a good way...I ate, chatted, and drank several cups of coffee! Must have drank too much of the black stuff as I was considering a vegan menu as a go to standard...they didn't have anything on the menu that isn't up my street...the streets of London...the streets of Sandgate...no difference...apart from the sea and fresh air and polite people. Coffee same if not better...KEEP IT UP!! I'll be back soon...
