Staff on their phones constantly, zero service, had to get our own condaments while waiters smoking and vaping upstairs. Chef sat at another table on his phone vaping. Very average food. After our food arrived staff dissapeared and music turned off. All we could hear was kitchen staff tik tok videos. Yes it was a quiet night but this was rubbish. If you can’t be bothered don’t open! Restaurant is located out of the main street. Restaurant feels like family business. For 3 people we ordered 1 pizza Margarita, as a small snack on our tour around the city. Pizza was OK, just avarage Italian pizza not bad, but nothing special. But I was shocked, when I had to pay. I was ready to pay extra fee for the service as its usuall in the Italy. But for pizza that costs 5€ they charged us extra 6€. We did not get any extra plates, any jug with water, even the pizza was not cut. So where is the service? When I asked waitress, if is she serious, she did not hestitate and responded: ,, It’s for the service, you were 3.” Very rude. Her acting changed our impression about the restaurant....

Il ristorante si trova fuori dalla strada principale. L'atmosfera è quella di un'attività a conduzione familiare. Per tre persone abbiamo ordinato una pizza Margherita, come piccolo snack durante il nostro tour della città. La pizza era nella norma, una pizza italiana media, niente di male, ma nulla di speciale. Ma sono rimasto scioccato quando ho dovuto pagare. Ero pronto a pagare un sovrapprezzo per il servizio, come di solito succede in Italia. Ma per una pizza che costa 5€, ci hanno addebitato 6€ in più. Non ci hanno dato piatti extra, né una caraffa d'acqua, e la pizza non era nemmeno tagliata. Dunque, dov'è il servizio? Quando ho chiesto alla cameriera se fosse seria, non ha esitato a...
