"The service is good, the staff is very friendly,.... But as for the food.. Let's draw a veil of compassion. Unfortunately in Latina they eat quantity and not quality.... Starter: nothing special, the cold cuts are of very low quality.. First courses: amatriciana, poor but overall passable bacon, pici artichokes and spekc... no flavour.. For the seconds if that was braised in red wine... I'm the virgin Mary... so don't talk to her about the strips, it was a mass of meat thrown there on the plate, overcooked and with a sour aftertaste. It's not nice to have to write this, because the staff, the service, and the place are really nice... I recommend changing the chef.... I apologize for the spelling errors... My comment about the Virgin Mary, was ironic.. But not understood I'm sorry, I didn't qualify as a chef, I only expressed an opinion based on what I ate. I confirm that you have a nice restaurant, excellent staff, but your chef doesn't value what he cooks,... As far as work is concerned, I have done... Dishwasher, maid, scullery maid, canteens, countryside,... All the jobs are dignified, the important thing is to do them well...
