Osteria Veneta - Piatti

was in a few minutes in a hotel near, woman told me to choose. I have chosen osteria. was empty and quiet. it was a family affair. eating was dying, I had the best calf I ever ordered. is fresh. an understatement, chocolate soufflé for dessert. here was the best!

we ate here both nights we were in Munich. The first night we apparently crashed a birthday party who were having a wonderful time, it was infectious. The food was great. Tried a couple of dishes which were new to us. We were with a...vegetarian and an 8 year old and had such a great time and perfect food we went back the next night.

Really authentic Italian restaurant. Nice atmosphere but can quickly get too noisy. Service a tad erratic but was not slow albeit quiet when we were there. Excellent meat dishes and pasta perfect. We went there by a recommendation of a friend and can confirm that the food is nice. However we were missing the typical dishes from the Veneto area such as liver and bigoli con anatra. The hostess told us that the German patrons are not...estimators of these dishes and that the staff would need to eat these themselves! All in all good food and kind service, but 100€ for 2 pasta dishes and 2 apetizers, no wine only water, is a bit over the top!

Came here on the advice of a colleague and it was perfect. From the moment we entered we felt as if we were in Italy. The wonderful atmosphere lets you leave all your daily work and worries at the door. The staff is professional, warm...and friendly. Marisa is a star She really makes you feel relaxed, and guides you through the menu to assist you and making the perfect choice. The food is fantastic. Made with care and craftsmanship. It was a delight to eat at Osteria Veneta. Perfect in every detail.

the place is beautiful and unique, the service is second to none and the eating delicious. the restaurant was right in our hotel and we felt in love only by. what a beautiful and unique place. the owners and the personal ensure that they are. each step of the way are fulfilled. we recommend the “Carre” (lamb), but the menu changes daily. there is no paper menu, they will bring a large black board handwritten the boards into chalk. ask for a plate with truffle. while they sit, they already bring some appetizers to begin the evening. everything was delicious. My friend and I planned to have an Italisn meal at Jazzbar Vogler prior to listening to the live music. However the owner said they had stopped serving meals and recommended we eat at the Osteria Veneta nearby. It was a five minute walk from...Vogler and we found it without trouble. It is a lovely authentic Italian Osteria run by an Italian lady. She was not fluent in English so we communicated partly in bad Italian. The food was delicious and the dish she recommended, thinly sliced potatoes covered with thinly slices black truffles (a kind of truffle pizza) was extremely good. The Primitivo wine we drank with the meal was excellent. Highly recommended.

another restaurant choice of my man who insists on eating Italian, how often he can. we were past this place and it never seemed to be open even if I had requested a reservation, I was placed in voice messaging. we were looking for something outside the standard carving and sausage price in Munich when we discovered osteria veneta near the viktual market. we knew it was a special place. the restaurant is intimate and elegant .run from the most charming Italian couple, which also most of the cooking and preparation. a rolling chalkboard is used to highlight the daily specials that the owner describes with a lot of passion.
