"Our first time in Pachinos and not sure if we would return. Based on the food, absolutely but the excellent food was let down by the poor service. We have to call a waiter to take our order, and at that he beckons to another waiter to do so. We ordered two bottles of wine and water. We got the wine but had to chase them for the water. We tried in vain to get the bill and then pay for it, and having waited so long we did something we never do, we did not leave a tip. Excellent food let down by poor waiting staff surely is something that you can improve upon. On a side note, another restaurant operates upstairs, and while the guests do not come into Pachinos, the noise level is very high, which affects the ambience."

I was extremely impressed with my simple seafood pasta dishes, simply but full of flavour. The staff were attentive and delightful for the duration of our dining experience Highly recommend this for quite enjoyable date night

Generally all ok but nothing special. No kids menu but kids size pizzas which were too big. Music was a bit all over the place with thumping house music (which I liked followed by endless jazz which sent me to sleep. Staff weren’t really that attentive. To be honest I’d probably go to Zizi a few fours down next time
