"Booked in advance for a Sunday roast with family who were visiting from the Channel Islands. We all ordered roast beef and it was unfortunately well below par. Totally overcooked, tough, seemed like it had been cooked the day before and reheated. The roast potatoes weren't crispy. Real shame because the pub is nice, with lots of TVs for sport, and good selection of beers. Next time we'll just go there for drinks and eat somewhere else."

lovely high street boozer. I only went in for a pint and the roast beef. the manager is especially friendly. would definitely recommend.

The people were amiable and made me feel welcome. I ordered beef roast, and it tasted divine. It was busy, but I didn't have to wait long for my food, so overall, it was a very positive experience. I'll be back.

Absolutely incredible! Atmosphere was so relaxed, food was amazing! They even had a live band on during my visit and it was perfect! Beautiful beer garden too, overall enjoyed by the whole family! Can’t wait to return!
