the place where the parador is magnificent, rooms with terrace overlooking the jaen mountain range. the style is sober and elegant; and the spacious rooms and bathroom. for me the bed was not very comfortable since the pillows were not soft. the breakfast buffet was not bad, but it was not like marking the level of a parador. to reach the parador a complicated peak, but with a gps you get it and also it is at the highest and illuminated

Our family of four adults had a wonderful experience at this parador. We booked two junior suites, and although technically both rooms were suites, the size of the two rooms were quite different. Junior suite101 was almost double the size of 212. The bedroom, bathroom and living room were very spacious; there was an extra WC in the living room and a small terrace overlooking the hills. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner; the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Stayed here 2 nights with the family. What a stunning location and building, the views are incredible. Not much is said of the views from the next door castle and the cross but well worth walking to both in the evening. Staff were great, reception extremely helpful and professional. Bar staff and bar food also excellent. Restaurant is again a spectacular room, a huge part of the old castle. Evening tapas/ starters were really good, main courses not so good in our view but maybe we just chose poorly. But overall a memorable place to dine in the evening, Breakfast also very good and eggs cooked to order all great and quick. Finally the swimming pool and sun deck area is also great, a shame the...
