"it is the second best house on the square. for much money there are beautiful rooms, also partly with balcony. the inner ambiente is luxurious. the whole place has a lot to offer as cars are excluded from the city. a lot of history. there is an indoor and outdoor pool with thermal water. the food was good, but it was allegedly delivered and the waiters were probably just fishing refugees from distant countries. in the frame of an AKON course with a flat price I wanted to snoop in here once and get a impression from the opposite. it was rewarded for me for sightseeing and photography. However, I had a room called Rumpelkammer/Putzkammer through the curator. There's no room worse than mine. so small, could hardly move me, narrower between bed and dress. in the warmth the window must be opened. also because of lack of oxygen. only stupid that the window is in the bed and therefore there is a risk of getting the head. how loving I would have enjoyed a balcony. I had quite different problems in the little room. the photos prove it. also the deep garage is very tight, too tight for the modern thick sled. I'm just the one who walked the door. the price for the accommodation in the garage is more than reasonable. all very expensive. the house is no longer what it was. be especially careful when they get a flat customer 3rd class and get a room that they don't want anyone."

the hotel was well in average, the cleaning staff was overwhelmed. the water cooker was no longer to use. stau and long waiting time at the arrival and departure at the reception.

one of the longest hotels in baden baden. very competent and friendly staff at the reception. first class room with very good housekeeping service. a good atmosphere and a sharp bartender in the hotel bar. the eating portions in the restaurant are however somewhat thirsty and here the price-performance ratio can be desired and thus only 4 stars.

in the middle of the green heart of the spa town of Baden-Baden lies the rising Badenischer hof. directly in front of the house, in the park of the hotel, is also the true sign of Baden-Baden, the famous thermal fountain. with a few steps the guests are in the neighboring Kurpark, in the festive house, congress center and in the casino. elegance and style meet a step in the rising Baden hof and kicks. beautifully located in their own park, they are welcoming the classic architecture with their imposing pillar hall. in the interior of the former kapuzinerkloster awaits an exquisite mix of wellness and comfort that makes the stay so pleasant.

while it's the hottest hotel on site from the name, but it's a disappointment. more than his. I know that the manager of my ex employer has enjoyed a lot. but my needs were covered when I got more a storage chamber than room. my request to a balcony has not been taken into account. the other guests with opulent rooms and balconies, but not the balcony. I would have been happy. I almost couldn't move in the room. the air becomes scarce when the window is not always open. that's just going in the summer. make sure not to get the head in bed. the service in the restaurant was heillos overwhelmed. have waited for the individual walks forever. good to have a book. the price for the deep garage is...

"Excellent food, let down by interesting levels of service. Firstly, we rang ahead, as we were on the highway and would arrive in around 45 minutes, so wanted to secure a table. We were told they were fully booked, so we asked to reserve a...little later, again, fully booked the whole day! My wife said let's try it anyway, as it has a lot of good reviews, so we arrived to find dozens of empty tables very strange and potentially costly for the management. We were seated quickly and were immediately served bread and oil, which was very good quality. Our order was taken and the drinks were delivered. Unfortunately, it started to rain hard and you could see the staff running around to collect cushions, glasses etc. from the pre-set tables. This is partially understandable (though if you don't have protection against the weather, perhaps you set the tables as the diners arrive) leaving us waiting for 1 hour without food. I raised this with a nice guy (possibly Raffaele) who appologised and sought to fix the problem. Shortly afterwards our food arrived. It was pretty good in quality, taste and value for money, and we were compensated with a free dessert due to the long waiting time. I think this could be a stand-out restaurant in Baden-Baden with a little more thought to staff training/attitude and the general running of the place. Hopefully your experience will be 5 stars and we were just unlucky."
