"Excellent food, let down by interesting levels of service. Firstly, we rang ahead, as we were on the highway and would arrive in around 45 minutes, so wanted to secure a table. We were told they were fully booked, so we asked to reserve a...little later, again, fully booked the whole day! My wife said let's try it anyway, as it has a lot of good reviews, so we arrived to find dozens of empty tables very strange and potentially costly for the management. We were seated quickly and were immediately served bread and oil, which was very good quality. Our order was taken and the drinks were delivered. Unfortunately, it started to rain hard and you could see the staff running around to collect cushions, glasses etc. from the pre-set tables. This is partially understandable (though if you don't have protection against the weather, perhaps you set the tables as the diners arrive) leaving us waiting for 1 hour without food. I raised this with a nice guy (possibly Raffaele) who appologised and sought to fix the problem. Shortly afterwards our food arrived. It was pretty good in quality, taste and value for money, and we were compensated with a free dessert due to the long waiting time. I think this could be a stand-out restaurant in Baden-Baden with a little more thought to staff training/attitude and the general running of the place. Hopefully your experience will be 5 stars and we were just unlucky."

Eating is sensational, the service is very friendly, the prices increase but nevertheless appropriate. only the new facility that I personally do not like so well and the noises (with the very monotonous lounge and club music) we found very disturbing.

we had low expectations and we are happy to get a reservation to christmas. the food was delicious and the service was wonderful, also very busy with it. the portions were perfect and well presented. weine at the glass were also better than...expected they recommend the house nero d’Avola. the open table capability also made a brise.

It was the first evening of our holiday and thus the first restaurant. Evening could not be much better than this! Location of the terrace and the atmosphere of it were perfect. Luckily we had a reserved table otherwise you won't get a spot. Personnel...was very friendly and had a good timing. The local sparkling wine was delicious. Same for the starter and main courses. They serve unique kind of pizza's with a lot of taste. Doggy bag was no issue.

we had no reservation and were told that we had to go after 90 minutes. later we found out that they left after 90 minutes with reservation. the vitello tonnato was o.k the red wine was much too warm, at least...23 grad celsius. I complained and the waiter brought an ice cup. it took about 10 minutes to cool to 18. for the pizza we had to wait about 40 minutes. the pizza was only lukewarm. they looked overloaded, not nice for the eye. Moreover, they had a teig ring around the size of a tube for a bike. this tube is about a third of the pizza and tastes like brot (picture) in the second quarter red wine we ordered also served the same waiter. after 90 minutes we were asked to go. we will not...
