"We were sat at a table in the bar, not the restaurant and felt like we were invisible for most of the evening. We didn’t receive our menus for 15 minutes and then were asked to order after about 2 minutes. The bar was busy and noisy, which wasn’t necessarily a problem, however our table was next to the bar stools and at times we had people leaning against our table!! The waiters never returned to take our desert order, so we paid at the bar and left very disappointed. The food was good, but not good enough to lure us back. It was not the romantic birthday meal I had planned."

This was our first visit, the place felt authentic, food was delicious and a lot of choice. Service was friendly, professional and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great welcome and selection of tables, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Chef even popped out and made some recommendations. Food came quick and was super tasty.

What a lovely night we had at this restaurant. It was busy but service was superb and delicious food. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Baked avocado and fillet steak was delicious, We will definitely be back!

Very friendly welcome, no rush to order, they told us to take our time. The manager went round the tables chatting but not intrusively, not interrupting. The waitresses were friendly, on hand and helpful, perfect service. Menu was nice and varied, portions were generous.

Odd ambiance (odd 80s night music?! , bland spaghetti bolognaise and overpriced wine with huge mark up. Waiter brought over bread then snatched away before we could grab another piece. All in all a very different experience from the chic vibe and delicious food we had once had!

Always enjoy an evening at Pazzia, noise and live singing adds a good vibe but a little expensive, staff this time were a bit rushed so could do with a couple more helpers on busy nights ... scored a little lower than on previous occasions but it definitely wont stop me going back again, and again.
