We were welcomed upon arrival, great staff. Lovely clean room, upgraded to suite. Really comfortable bed!

I bought a groupon deal for afternoon tea and access to the leisure facilities, very good deal we had a lovely morning by the quiet pool and then had a gorgeous afternoon tea with unlimited tea/coffee and a glass of prosecco. Grab a bargain

Had a lovely massage for 2, use of the spa facilities and afternoon tea was yummy! Great value for money, and spacious parking behind the hotel- woman on reception made sure we signed our car in also so no fine for us ???? would return again!

myself and my 3 children stayed here last night, I can't thank the lady on the desk enough for her help and service last night. wonderful staff and great hotel we loved the pool and breakfast was great, we will defiantly be returning *5 from me

Spa Day Sparkling Afternoon Tea-Very basic facilities and tired decor. One member of staff in Spa. Afternoon tea was very basic and sandwiches were dry. Got stung with £100 parking fine as no one mentioned that we had to register our cars with some electronic system and with Parking Eye. Won't be visiting again or recommending anyone else to.

Spa Day with Afternoon Tea !! Pool was clean and lovely and warm , comfy loungers to relax ! little bit small but nice to chill !!!There was also some table and chairs around the Pool . but in need of more mats around the pool and in changing rooms as it was very slippery Afternoon Tea ,, lovely fresh sandwiches with various fillings , Ham , Cheese and Tomatoe , egg etc warm Scones with jam and clotted cream , welsh cakes , mini eclaires macroons , and the Lemon Drizzle cake was lush !! Booked an afternoon tea with spa access over the phone to be told on arrival that I had no booking. Luckily they had spare tables and the waiter explained he had a few spare afternoon teas he could give us. When our food came out I was very disappointed by the variety and quantity for the money we paid. we didn't bother with the spa access as there is no jucuzzi and the saunas are in the change rooms! also the decor of the restaurant was not great and tired looking. The hotel otherwise based on the reception area did look lovely if your planning on booking a room. Overall it was an average hour out and not a relaxed afternoon as planned. Ok but lifts need to be bigger to accommodate a mobility scooter. My Disabled friend had to move from her scooter to wheelchair to her room which she was not happy abt thank god she does not have to stay longer she said having to take pain killers for her back due to this problem. The afternoon tea was so luch we both thankyou for this. Only other snag was the assessable room had double bed of which we two ladies had to sleep on been one night was OK though. If I had had a case I would not have been able to see to my friend with her needs with having a case with me my friend had to have her bag on her lap as for me had my bag crossed over my body as it had lond strap.
