Pizza Express - Menu

Very poor service and clearly overworked staff too busy even to smile let alone pay attention to guests.

The restaurant has a charming building style. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the pizzas are consistently delicious.

I had the pizza where they cut out the middle and filled with salad. It wud have been nicer if it was a full salad and not just salad leaves. Other than that I enjoyed it

The impressive and historic building made the visit more interesting. The pizza was fine,but nothing special. Staff were pleasant and got multiple orders correct. Some items were cold on arrival

The service at this restaurant was fantastic and the food was great. Macy was our server yesterday and she had excellent knowledge of the menu. She was able to answer any questions my girlfriend and I had. I would highly recommend this place.

I went to Pizza Express in Watford with my family after the kids insisted on going. However, after waiting for 10 minutes to be seated, we decided to leave. Despite the fact that the front of the restaurant was only half full, the staff walked past us multiple times and the chefs could see us waiting. We were extremely disappointed with the poor service.

We had an interesting experience here on Sunday for Mother’s Day, We used the Mother’s Day deal and the prices were great for a higher end high street restaurant. However, one staff member in particular had a unwelcoming attitude that made us feel very awkward and as though we were in the wrong for being there, but to be fair it was incredibly busy and working in hospitality us elf I can understand that she was probably stressed, the food came in a good amount of time but the kids brownie was quite hard and you couldn’t get a knife through it, but a replacement adults brownie was given in replacement at no extra cost and when we told the other staff about the attitude of this one lady they r...

Now I’m not someone who ever complains or a ‘Karen’ so to speak but this was so apalling and frustrating I have to say something. We should’ve known what myself and my boyfriend were in for when we saw a couple walk out before ordering. We were upstairs with a 3 large table of teens who kept walking around, throwing things. But whatever we weren’t too bothered were very patient people. When we ordered we waited an hour.
