awesome service and great knowledge menu, pizza options were good lots to offer, thy have beer and some cocktails, food was great service was better

I had tea at this restaurant on Saturday, February 11th and it was one of the worst pizza meals I have ever had. The pizza had a poor choice of toppings and very little topping overall.

Went there with 4 children and 2 adults. Pizza was extremely poor and tasteless. Hardly any topping.The childrens pasta was hard. Most disappointing. Way too expensive for this poor experience. Visualizza piatti

We chose to dine at the Pizza Express for a quick pizza meal. The service was efficient and the pizza- Funghi di Bosco- was very tasty. We would recommend this restaurant to people who like tasty, well- cooked pizza.

After reading a few reviews, I had to make sure I was reviewing the right restaurant! We enjoyed delicious food, including dough balls and American hot pizzas that were perfectly hot. Our waiter was friendly and attentive.

We went to discover that the menu given is different from the menu online, it is a holiday menu, half of the usual items are missing. Slow service, displayed a tasting card as they usually say, that they do not accept the tasting card in December. This information could not be found on the tasting card app. After a while, the manager gave a discount on the bill. I simply felt that the whole night was not the best service. Shame. We booked a table for 7pm and arrived early. Shown to our seats and ordered food and drinks. Drinks arrived after 10 minutes however, after waiting for an hour and a half, we left without having been served our meals. Other tables that were seated before us were also still waiting. We were sitting close to the food preparation area and watched as countless food was plated up, coming out of the ovens burnt. This was left for over 20 minutes on many occasions, before being delivered to the tables. The manager appeared unable to deal with the problems and food prep staff were handling the food ungloved and without hair nets.

I wrote a bad review of this place before but the fact is it is very handy for us, have been back since last bad review and it was ok. Also i have Bogof with meerkat meals. Tonight we arrived, eventually ordered, ten minutes later the wait person came to tell us they didn't have the wine we ordered, she recommended this one..... I asked if we could have it for the same price no. Why not? Scottish law..!!?? Spoke to manager, same story. Utter nonsense and insulting to our intelligence. Oddly enough they were able to sell us the same wine in the PE just up the road. They only list about four reds, any Competent manager should be able to maintain stock, at worst he could have borrowed a few bot...

I visited with family for my 6 year old nephews birthday . We booked a table for 1.30 as we had tickets for a show at 4pm . It took 50 mins to get our food after asking what had happened to it ?There were lots of empty tables so not busy. I was then given a cold pizza and my sister had a big hair right over her pasta as did my nephew! No replacement was offered and we didn’t have time for the kids to have dessert that were paid for! When I went to pay the male staff member was extremely rude offered no apology and even tried to charge me for the hairy pasta that was sent back . He pretty much through my receipt at me !
