Fast, efficient service. Really friendly waiter Daniel who offered a pizza not on the menu. Was lovely. It gets very busy but I think they do a great job serving!

Shocking service very slow waiter took away the extra dip for the starter and the starter had been had yet. Waited 40 minutes for a starter and 20 minutes just order. Plenty other choices basically next door I'd go there.

Tasty little restaurant in the heart of welwyn garden city town, food was great however the service could’ve used some improvements. Had the tiramisu for dessert and it was absolutely delicious with a beautiful presentation. Visualizza piatti

Shamefully never been before I know a few members of staff through working locally myself Food was out of this world great value for money portions are great staff very friendly more than anywhere I've eaten before.....I would highly recommend this establishment Many thanks to all the staff and management place is clean child friendly and I will definitely make this my go to place from here on KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK XXXXX

Went on a Friday. They were probably expecting a lot more people and had more staff booked for the evening. Instead of providing great service, they ended up chatting with each other! I had to call the listed phone number on google maps to get attention of the manager and the waiting staff. It was a bit hilarious to be honest. But other than the wait to order food, rest of the experience was great, so I will stick to 4-stars. It still makes a good story that I shared with many friends

This place is average to below average... First time I've left one of these places feeling a little ill after eating, something was off for sure, the chicken, the raw egg on my pizza, maybe both together I don't know, the pizza was tasteless also..but when you see staff standing around and you're waiting to be seated if you come here, turn around walk out, go across the rd, have something different. I realise the people who work here may quite possibly know how bad their own restaurant is, really need someone to turn this place around, food and management.. This has to be the worst Pizza Express! We’d booked a table but they seemed oblivious to that and had to rush around and get one ready. Then after twenty minutes we had to ask for drinks and orders to be taken. After a considerable wait the food eventually arrived. Everyone enjoyed their meal as the food was great. Then, we ordered desert! After a long wait, one person received their pudding; after questioning the waitress why the Children’s ice cream hadn’t arrived they still had to wait. Eventually two more got their puddings, then the children theirs. After they had all finished the remaining two finally got their sorbet. This place has gone downhill! The waitress that served us last night for our meal got our order completely wrong. One of the pizzas had the wrong topping, my husband had to wait ages for his olives to come out, there were only forkes on the table and we had to ask for knives and when we did we were asked by the waitress how many we wanted! I ordered arancini balls but a bread with mushrooms was brought out instead so had to send that back. When the arancini balls came out they were lukewarm. I didn’t bother complaining about that as had waited so long I couldn’t bear waiting any longer, plus we were with friends and so I didn’t want to make it a negative experience. Went for my sons birthday lunch and my wife's and my pizza was disgusting. Mine was absolutely swimming in garlic oil so much that it was dripping onto the plate. My wife ate half of hers and didn't want to send hers back but I had to have another on a classic base as the Romana base was like a wet cloth. The replacement pizza was actually good as I requested no garlic oil so it held together. The manager knew I had asked for a replacement but just looked over and did not even bother to come to the table to enquire or apologize which he never does so I don't really see the point on him being there.
