Of course my teen girls loved this place best out of all of Germany. The pizza was pretty good. There were really good options, unlike in the US, although my pasta was a bit strange tasting. Service is a bit on the slow side, but...not nearly as bad as other places. It was near the movie theater we were going to, and easily walkable. Good for vegetarians.

I had lunch with my family my wife and the kids during my stay in Munich and passing by to. Restaurant environment is nice and you can eat outside also. Quality of food was good. However, service was bad the waiter was rude on...speaking. provided food with no plates, so I had to go to the kitchen entry to collect the plates. they miss to provide the full order, I had to go to catch up with the waiter to remind him my missing items. although I am eligible to the free refill drink, they make it difficult with asking many times to refill

What a place? went there for a pizza with family. Absolutely terrible service. ordered about items and they came in dribs and drabs. Had to remind staff three times about missing food, and eventually we told them to cancel the last item. Nevertheless, just...as we were packing up to go, didnt the cancelled item appear and the staff was miffed when we told them that we had already cancelled the item.....and it was only a plate of chips! The waiter was too rude, we wanted to sit next to the window and he asked us to change our table because he said it's crowded there, actually it was not! Anyway we changed the table and he took our order and everything was fine...till then, later on while we're waiting for the food, the other waiter asked us to change the table once again to a corner near to the bathroom because the table where we're sitting is in the middle of the way and he can't move so we asked then why are you putting it here, he said it's for urgent cases, so we just changed it and he was too rude and yelling so we called the other waiter to change the place because it's not fun to eat next to the bathroom, and he was...

There was a waiter named Zahid i guess, he served the milkshakes without syrup and asked us to adjust because the guy prepared was new to Pizza hut. But, we insisted to have syrup in the milkshakes and this guy didn't like it but did...it finally. In the end, this guy named Zahid insisted to have of tip on the bill and we were euros exactly, and he wanted euros in total. We told him that the tip is something which we should give you by liking the service and we offered euros. But he denied it to have euros or no tip, and there was another guy Adnan, who was rude at us because we didn't give him of bill as tip. This guy Adnan was really rude at us, and he pulled my friend's shirt and showing...
