"While on Gaillac for a professional trip, I was looking for a good restaurant where to eat well cheap. At Germaine was a very beautiful discovery! I recommend this place closed eyes! It's simple all the dishes were good! Excellent service and neat decoration. The guarantee of a very good time. Special mention for the velvety of sweet potatoes a feast. Oh, yeah. The small price of dishes (between 8 and 12 euros) allows the undecided like me to test several things"

"We had already eaten there and it’s one if it’s the best address of the gaillacois. Here, for us we were entitled to an artifice fire, a dish, cheese and two desserts plus the aperitif and sophisticated mouth lovers) plus a package of very good wines with excellent gastronomy worth at least star or even at the michelin. Smiling and efficient service. the calf truffled with sublime tarn like the shrimp with the maki. very good desserts in general it catches a bit in many restaurants) in addition. no fake note of the aperitif at the coffee shop.Fresh, a great evening in this pretty little town of gaillac"

"About a month ago I wrote a review following a midday meal at this restaurant which was not bad so we thought we would try an evening meal. ERROR . We were relatively early dinners and the restaurant wasn 't full by a long shot albeit during our stay it filled up completely so at the time of our food being prepared the kitchen should not have been under pressure. Firstly I asked for one drink and a different one arrived which took some time to replace no big deal ! Three orders were made from the chefs dishes of the day, two of us having a giant fish brochette. This was pretty tasteless and tepid( that 's being generous in fact I wasn 't sure if the bottom langoustine had been confronted by a heat source. One had a duck steak which whilst cooked on the outside left the inside light of blue and the last part of the choice was a distinctly tough burger. The result of all this is that a restaurant that was a good standby is off the visiting list."

"Coming with family, at every request, it is not possible. The waitress doesn't know her card. I'll be told that changing the purée for fries is impossible. We're told we're taking you a fries hat to finally pay it. Otherwise the rest of the service was okay! And let's talk about food, it's expensive for quality. A well-bof burger and a well-cooked tuna. I think the kitchen has to be over."
