"on my search for the ultimate paella in extra-spanish, this time it went to the toka madera. I prejudged the restaurant and expected a standard hosting, as the toka madera is a restaurant. this fact, however, quickly became insecure after we were greeted by the service. as we have already registered our paella in advance by phone, we were quickly served and we could do our work at paella. this was in a far away one of the best paellas I could try in this country so far. spicy, little intrusive, but not boring. the certain something was present and the relationship between rice and vegetables corresponded very much to me (I prefer a little more sweet). after that there was a super tasty sangria and a krimson schnaps on the house. I must mention that I drink as well as never alcoholic, but this sangria I did not want to miss (fortunately). the next day I also stayed spared from headaches or similar, which speaks for the quality of the wee used for the sangria. the environment is a bit rustic, but the service is perfect for them. friendly, attentive and cordial, without having to look impressive."
