I liked saltimbocca alla romana very well: delicate calf, parmaschinken, white wine sauce and fresh sage leaves. cooked as a supplement to seasonal vegetables al dente. a firm espresso to finish. the service is very correct and discreet. they can speak both in German and in Italian. a very reasonable supplement, considering the quality of the products. a really nice stop."
