"We had to wait almost 3 hours for our food, although we called the driver twice. Only when an employee of the branch had called us again to ask for the address again, the driver found the address. However, the driver was so unfriendly and told us that we did not give him the other pizzeria as a point of reference, yet he had our address. Then the food hasn't even tasted. The Chicken Wings were bad, the herbal butter had a funny contaste, the pommes were mudy and the salad dressing tasted like a finished product, only the cheeseburgers were acceptable, but like everything else cold. All together, not recommended."

"Ich war schon mehrfach dort essen und es schmeckt gut, aber nicht sensationell, wie hier beschrieben. Alle sind sehr freundlich und das Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet. Was außergewöhnlich ist, dass Schnitzel paniert und in einer Pfanne zubereitet werden. Bei anderen Imbiss werden sie doch nur schnell in die Friteuse geworfen. Also insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert. Nur das Personal ist etwas langsam und man muss oft länger warten. Größeren Ansturm ist man überhaupt nicht gewachsen."

"Nach 15 Jahren, die es diese Pizzeria nach eigenen Angaben offenbar schon gibt, habe ich sie endlich entdeckt. Eine Offenbarung für mich! Wir hatten eine kleine Pizza Spinat, eine kleine Margarita, die Pizzabrötchen Akropolis und normale Pizzabrötchen. Wirklich alles absolut außergewöhnlich! Hier bekommt man super Qualität zum anständigen Preis. Was mir aber am aller wichtigsten ist, war die Freundlichkeit, die der Besitzer von der ersten Minute an ausgestrahlt hat, als ich den Laden betreten hat. Ein ausgeprägtes Service Bewusstsein mit einer Portion Scharm und Humor, das finde ich tatsächlich selten."

"Very good (also vegan) pizza, fast delivery We have ordered more often there and are always satisfied. The pizzas are well covered and even without cheese they are juicy and do not taste as if something was missing. Delivery is incredibly fast, the dish is 15 minutes, then the pizza messenger stood in the 9th.. I had to pick up the pizza there. To date, whatever was ordered at Deliveryando. That's why we have 5 stars."

I cannot understand or confirm the occasional, earlier negative reviews. The only possible criticism is perhaps the already mentioned, partly quite long delivery time. However, this "problem" is limited to downtime and can easily be repaired by ordering in time. At the same time, it also speaks for itself and shows that many other customers have also chosen Bella Napoli as a “pizza supplier of their trust”. The appearance and friendliness of the employees are always perfect even on stressful days. Therefore, my positive feedback on this point is connected with the request to continue as before!"

"Für Sonntagmorgen reserviert und aus ursprünglich 3 Personen wurde krankheitsbedingt nur eine einzige Person. Dennoch einen tollen Platz bekommen, wurde schnell bedient und das Frühstück war (bis auf die Ausnahme des normalen Brötchens, was schnell altbacken schmeckte) sehr lecker. Was mich nicht zum ersten Mal begeistert ist die Freundlichkeit des Service Personals. Das kann ich von anderen Lokalen auch ganz anders. Und diese Freundlichkeit gehört für mich absolut zur Wohlfühlatmosphäre dazu. Und auch wenn es Sonntag Morgen um 10:00 Uhr sehr voll war (ohne Reservierung war kein Platz mehr für mehr als 2 Personen zu bekommen) und sich damit auch der Geräuschpegel im mittleren Level befand, habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt."
