Been There without knowing what to expect and it eventually turned to be a great surprise ! Very good and knowledgeable mixologists, and the food was simply great : fresh ingredients, very well cooked

Food was ok, drinks were also ok, and service was also just Parisian standard. Nevertheless, the day we went it was a particularly hot day and their air conditioning wasn't working. The heat inside the restaurant was unbearable.

Food is at best average, some plates tasteless (e.g. tortellini), and not really Italian. Price of plates are reasonable. Wine list is limited and over priced. Service is basic. There is a nice bar, but waiters know little about cocktails, perhaps better to speak to the barman. Visualizza piatti

I really enjoyed myself at the place but then i think thats because im italian so i automatically spoke it with the manager who took care of us. I had a tuna tartare - simple but fresh and light. The drinks were although i think next time i will pick my drink rather than let the waitress do it

I arrived early so I sat in the cool lounge space for a cocktail while waiting for my friend. It was quiet and service was quick and friendly. The woman whose apartment I was renting recommended the artichoke lasagna, which was delicious but the other dishes were just average. The panna cotta dessert was fine but I'd be surprised to discover it was made in house. Service started out great but became spotty as the restaurant filled up.

The bar is very nice decorated with the good atmosphere. The only thing which is very bad is the service from the stuff. We order the cocktails which costs 13€ per person. First of all Italian girl spoked with us in Italian, without knowing how to describe the cocktails in English or french language. We didn't understand anything but however ordered. After the degustation my friend found the the cocktail is terrible, we asked to change the cocktail and the manager accepted but we needed to payed the both at the end, because manager said that he never changed the first drink. The restaurant is on a quiet residential Street in the 9th, it is simply and warmly decorated with an open kitchen in the middle. In conjunction with the great music, the restaurant has a wonderful ambience. Service was slow, apparently due to missing waiters, but maybe they say that every night. We ordered mains and desserts and came away with fairly mixed views. I quite liked the tortellini in broth, it had a nice rich flavour, however the plate of veal and tuna paste was not as appreciated. We went to Professore for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant was full and buzzing, and although the music was a little loud (or maybe I'm just getting old), there was a really nice ambiance. We shared a huge and delicious charcuterie plate to start, and then I had the vitello tonnato, which was really well prepared. The pacche pasta my friend had also looked great. I didn't really have room for pudding but somehow ended up ordering the panna cotta — the berry coulis tasted very slightly synthetic but the panna cotta itself was excellent and passed the 'wobble test.' We visited this restaurant at 8 pm on a Sunday night and had a reservation made by the director of our hotel. The restaurant is very pretty with an open kitchen in the middle of the room, an interesting bar in the back, and the dining room in the front. We found out later that it is listed in the 2016 Michelin guidebook. We were celebrating my birthday and each ordered a glass of white wine. My husband ordered three separate pieces of pork loin which was nicely browned and came with a mixture of sautéed red and yellow peppers, onions, and zucchini.
