This was supposed to be one of the best Paella restaurants in Valencia. Reservations required, the need to order certain dishes in advance. We did it all and were disappointed with both of our Paella dishes. The ambiance was nice, and they had a good wine list, this just did not make up for the quality of the food.

We spent the weekend in valencia to spend the weekend, to eat we chose this restaurant, I must say that there are many possibilities but personalized and so good. Restaurante tradicional, familiar, muy acogedor y de altisima calidad, con producto muy fresco, carta variada, donde tanto los arroces como el pescado están siempre perfectos. Es uno de mis sitios favoritos en Valencia. Carta de vinos amplisima. Déjate asesorar por Vicente. La ceeveza, buen tirada y muy fría, como debe ser. Todo perfecto, pero si tuviera que quedarme solo con una cosa, sin duda seria el carpaccio de gambas.... no tengo palabras para describirlo.

I found this place because I wanted a good restaurant in the city for my mom to taste an authentic Paella Valenciana for the first time on her birthday. The place is traditional, tidy and really cozy. Right from the beginning the service was amazing, all waiters were really kind to us, gave us good recommendations (the Shrimp Carpaccio is delicious and super fresh! , and when they brought the paella... it was superb! Cooked correctly and flavor on point My mom loved it and they were also kind enough to bring a dessert with a birthday candle so she was delighted

We booked to eat rice in the oven and the truth is that it was very good, we didn't ask for anything in front of it because it's a blunt dish. They asked us for a drink and brought us some homemade fries that are delicious and warm bread in very good is not charged part. We asked for wine and the waiter paid us half joto what we had drunk and with the coffee they put two homemade truffles a whole detail. very good service and especially our vicente waiter, the quiet place and spacious tables. it was a fresquito inside today you can ask. They advised us very well, they had day dishes and the waiters were very attentive. the quality price spectacular, the paella of the senyoret you see in the image was for two people and it was around 20 euros per person, price very reasonable for the very good that was. if you want to order the Valencian paella, eye, that as everything is prepared at the moment takes about 50 minutes, but you can be asked to prepare it if you call before or when booking. (the next time we'll definitely ask for that 10!
