Radstone - Piatti

Excellent value and location just off the M74. A delightful surprise with well designed and quirkily decorated public areas and bar with extremely friendly and helpful service. Comfortable room with a great bed. Food was well presented and tasty, especially breakfast. A real step up from the average sort of place you might find close to a motorway and we’d highly recommend (and would stay again).

Beautifully decorated hotel with friendly staff and good food. Breakfast is not a buffet apart from cereal, fruit, juice etc which is definitely a plus for me. Only one negative for me is that there is no access to the restaurant from inside the hotel if you are disabled, however since I mentioned it to the receptionist on arrival they have had a discussion about it and are putting it to the owners. Great that they are actually listening.

Had a one night stay over may bank holiday. Check-in was great by Laura. Room was spotless and spacious, we were in a family room for 2 of us. The dinner bed and breakfast rate was excellent value, the food was fantastic. Elizabeth served us for both dinner and breakfast and she was friendly giving excellent service. My only improvement point would be to invest in a decent mattress topper for the sofa bed, you could feel the springs through it. Overall great stay, thanks! Visualizza piatti

Been to the Redstone before events which has always been lovely and very high standard. Went for afternoon tea with my mum as part of her birthday. Made them aware of allergies prior to visit and they were able to meet our needs with this and make us feel at ease with food health and safety that's in place. Service was great from all staff, very welcoming and happy to help. Afternoon tea was so delish and good portions. Would definitely go back for afternoon tea and looking forward to our next visit.

This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. We had an overnight stay. Had our room upgraded to a superior, it was gorgeous with gorgeous view too. Thanks to the receptionist who was lovely at check in and check out. Breakfast and meal were lovely. Would definitely go back again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Spent a lovely overnight at the Radstone Hotel. The entrance area/Reception was really quite impressive and immediately gave us a good feeling about the hotel. We had booked a superior room and we were not disappointed. It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and there was plenty of choice on the menu. Although the service was a bit slow at times, the staff were clearly doing their best to attend to customers as quickly as possible. Breakfast also had a good choice and was very tasty. We stayed during Valentines week and we couldn’t fault it. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and breakfast there’s plenty choice on the menu and everything we ordered came in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. The cocktails were fab too! All the staff we spoke too were friendly and approachable but special mention for Louise at Reception who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fab. The lovely Louise upgraded us to the Crystal Suite. This made our stay extra special and we absolutely loved the suite it’s stunning! Would highly recommend the hotel and already looking forward to our next stay!! Thanks again!

Visited the Radstone last Friday and can honestly say never again. This establishment was always the best place to eat around I would come from Outside Motherwell to visit. Not now. I booked a table for 5 o'clock for myself and my husband and when shown to our table our server asked us what we would like to drink. We were still waiting 25 minutes later on our drinks and what we would like to eat. My husband ordered the loaded nachos, there was nothing loaded about them. They were as dry as a stick. Just looked like 10 nachos stuck in a bowl to be honest. I ordered the lasagne and I have never tasted anything so bland in my life. All in all would not visit again.

Had enjoyed this hotel previously, however after our latest experience we will not be back. The shower in our room was scalding hot and temperature could not be lowered as no maintenance staff on site. Had to ask three times for this to be checked. We were moved to another room which was roasting hot and also dirty, please see attached pictures. At dinner we had to wait over thirty minutes to get our drinks and wasn't even that busy. Had finished my lukewarm starter before our drinks arrived. At breakfast poached eggs were hard. Raised this all with reception and all they offered was possibilities of a free cocktail next time we stayed. Suffice to say we won't be back. Visualizza piatti
