"It has always been a treat to have lunch at The Red Lion, but I notice corners are being cut butter is not in little pots any more with the red lion logo on top. My artichoke soup was delicious and could not be faulted imaginative with olives and parmesan cheese; the chicken liver parfait was pleasant but a bit cloying and came with a large slab of toasted brioche just the one and two thinner piece would have been more delicate, plus there was a lack of sweet jelly or even a spring of watercress. They are good, but if they believe in themselves much more, they will become unbearable. I will go bak but I hope to see an improvement in attitude."

My artichoke soup was delicious and could not be imaginatively ignored with olives and parmesan cheese; the chicken liver parfait was pleasant, but a bit cloying and came with a large plate of roasted brioche only the one and two thin pieces would have been more sensitive, plus there was a lack of sweet gel or even a source of water cresss. They are good, but if they believe much more in themselves, they become unbearable. I will go bac, but I hope to see an improvement in attitude.
